The Listening Space is a single, stand-alone 45-minute 1:1 coaching session designed to offer calm, grounded support when life feels heavy, unclear, or overwhelming.

A place for women who feel like something inside of them is shifting, even if they can't fully explain what it is.

The Listening Space is a private, one-to-one coaching session focused on nervous system support, emotional clarity, and grounded next steps.

 

It is designed for moments when you are navigating stress, transition, burnout, relational tension, decision fatigue, or simply feeling like you are carrying too much alone.

 

This is not therapy, and it is not crisis care.

It’s a calm, supportive space where you can speak freely about what’s present in your life and begin untangling what feels heavy or confusing.

In our time together, you will receive:

 

  • A calm, nonjudgmental space to openly share what feels present.

  • Reflective guidance to help identify your current nervous system state.

  • Support in identifying what your body may need right now.

  • Gentle clarity around what is yours to carry — and what is not.

  • Simple, realistic next steps or grounding practices so you leave with direction, not overwhelm.

We fit the tools to your unique way of healing.
