I'm so glad you're here

Hello, I'm Simona.

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Life Coach based in Toronto, Canada, offering mind, body, spirit coaching, holistic nutrition, and nervous system regulation for women living with exhaustion, overwhelm, and long-term or chronic health issues. Many of my clients, locally and all over the world, are managing chronic health concerns like IBS, hormone imbalance, pain, or mysterious symptoms while still trying to get through the day and look “fine” on the outside.

In our 1:1 sessions, we explore your body’s signals, stress, beliefs, and daily habits, and build simple, compassionate practices that support your nervous system and healing. I'm an advocate for consistency, honesty, and care. I’m not here to fix you; there is nothing wrong with you. I’m here to walk beside you while you remember that you’re allowed to be you, authentically raw and messy, even with chronic symptoms.

A few truths I hold...

01. Rest is Wild

It refuses to be governed by external demands. It does not answer to productivity, urgency, or expectation.

It asks you to step outside of expectations that were never designed with your well-being in mind.

We no longer measure our worth by how much we produce or endure.

This is a thoughtful decision to prioritize health, clarity, and longevity.

Wild rest doesn’t perform.

It doesn’t prove.

It doesn’t ask permission. It is an act of autonomy.

02. Rest is Instinctual

The body knows when enough is enough.

Before thought. Before explanation.

Before justification.

The body communicates long before the mind catches up. Through signals and messages.

It is a protective mechanism.

This intelligence is not learned.

It is inherent.

The body is the authority.

03. Rest is Ancient

Rest predates modern systems of productivity and performance. It is embedded in the natural order of life.

Within seasons, cycles, and biological rhythms. Long before schedules and constant demands.

The body carries this memory.

It responds to cycles of light and dark, exertion and pause, expansion and retreat.

Rest is not a contemporary invention or a corrective trend.

It is an inheritance.

It is an alignment that values balance, continuity, and long-term well-being.

04. Rest is Powerful

Rest restores clarity.

It sharpens discernment and reestablishes internal coherence.

Decisions are made with greater precision.

Boundaries become easier to hold.

Intuition becomes more accessible.

A restoration of power.

It is the foundation of strength.

Rest is a revolution.
